Creating Collaborative Change – Board of Directors

Ron is the CEO of an average sized hospital. The next Board meeting is soon. His goal – Members are proactively prepared to address current events, potential concerns, and opportunities.

Caroline is Director of Healthcare Risk Management within a large healthcare system. She manages nine staff members across the system and within various specialized services.
