4sight Health celebrated its tenth anniversary on June 27, 2024. On that auspicious date a decade ago, in 2014, the IRS granted 4sight Health its tax identification number. In the United States, corporate identity and paying taxes are inextricably linked. With the blessings of our government, 4sight Health now had the ability to enter the marketplace, sell our services and pay taxes on our profits.
