Asus has unveiled the VivoWatch 6 Aero, one of the most interesting fitness trackers in a while, which Asus claims is the “world’s first” with both ECG and fingertip blood pressure readings.

It’s not often such superlative claims can fit into a piece of consumer tech that weighs just 27g.

The VivoWatch 6 Aero’s special features rely on the odd-looking sensor at the bottom of the device’s front.
