The international community will celebrate World Tuberculosis Day on Monday, 24 March this year. The theme for 2025 is “Yes! We Can End TB: Commit, Invest, Deliver,” a call for optimism, accountability, and resolve. This will be the 43rd World Tuberculosis Day, commemorating the date in 1882 when Dr Robert Koch announced the discovery of the bacteria that causes tuberculosis (TB).
