Aurora, Colo.-based UCHealth led a $10 million funding round for a patient access startup the health system says can create a “more seamless and integrated” healthcare experience.

The health system backed Hummingbird Healthcare in the late June series A funding round after providing seed funding for the company a year earlier. The company is building an Epic-based platform with patient self-service and automation for primary and specialty care access.
