After spending about 25 years in various industries, including research, consumer electronics, automotive and aerospace, and working closely with major industry players, I have observed a significant weak point—the challenge of integrating external innovations into corporate environments.

This issue often arises due to a “not-invented-here” syndrome, complex procurement processes and the desire to control and own intellectual property (IP). Many corporations tend to resist adopting innovations that originate outside their R&D departments.
