However, there will always be a demand for in-person service and retail experiences. One of those is healthcare. Primary care doctor appointments and therapy are now happening online, but ultimately patients will still visit their healthcare providers in person. This is a trend retailers, investors, and landlords have come to notice as key to the future of physical retail.
