AI is fundamentally changing the work world. It already has the ability to assist in data-driven decisions, optimize processes and even recommend complex approaches.

The idea of applying AI to leadership, especially in making strategic judgments or guiding a business’s vision, seems appealing. From a surface perspective, AI appears ideal: always objective, data-driven and capable of processing vast amounts of information in seconds. You might even argue that AI could become the perfect CEO, free from biases and inefficiencies.
