Weave has added artificial intelligence (AI)-driven voicemail transcriptions to its all-in-one experience platform for small- to medium-sized healthcare practices.

By transcribing voicemails from patients, Weave’s platform enables efficient, convenient and private reading experiences, the company said in a Monday (Oct. 30) press release.

Users can access the voicemail transcriptions by clicking on the Voicemail tab within the Desktop Application or mobile app, according to the release. This enhances the overall user experience by allowing them to quickly consume messages without having to listen to audio, particularly in busy settings.

Weave customers who have already implemented AI technology report they save an average of an hour per day, Weave Chief Product and Technology Officer Branden Neish said in the release.
