Here are five updates on Walmart’s healthcare division reported by Becker’s since Nov. 17:
1. Walmart Health is looking to fill several senior management and director-level positions in its Chief Medical Office and the Walmart Healthcare Research Institute. Open positions can be found here.
2. The retail giant furthered its healthcare offerings through a partnership with diagnostic imaging services company RadNet. RadNet is offering in-store mammograms at a Walmart Supercenter in Milford, Del., as part of an 18-month pilot program launched Dec. 8. The diagnostic center will conduct walk-in or scheduled mammograms in 15 minutes with a long-term goal to offer all patients same-day results.
