Healthcare performance improvement company Vizient has exercised its option to acquire the remaining interest in Kaufman Hall, the company said in a June 25 announcement with private equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners.

Vizient became a minority investor in 2021 and established a joint commercial relationship that built on the strengths of both companies. The proposed acquisition would combine Vizient and Kaufman Hall’s data assets and clinical, strategic and financial expertise to help tackle healthcare providers’ most complex challenges.
