The Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation at the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently released initial specifications for its Medicare Hospital Global Budget methodology under the States Advancing All-Payer Health Equity Approaches and Development (AHEAD) Model.
