Between February and the end of April 2024, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Service (HHS) issued three final rules: 42 CFR Part 2 Final Rule, HIPAA Privacy Rule to Support Reproductive Health Care Privacy Final Rule, and Preventing Non-Discrimination and Advancing Civil Rights in Healthcare Final Rule.
