West Reading, Pa.-based Tower Health has permanently closed two of its Pennsylvania urgent care centers and is making changes to other locations as part of consolidation efforts that started Feb. 25.

As part of the efforts, the health system has closed its Hamburg (Pa.) Urgent Care and Oaks (Pa.) Urgent Care locations, a Tower Health spokesperson said in a statement shared with Becker’s.

Tower Health’s Pottstown, Pa.-based North Coventry Urgent Care and its Reading, Pa.-based Exeter Urgent Care locations will move to being open seven days a week.
