Dozens of health insurers have received Human Experience Pinnacle of Excellence awards from Press Ganey, an annual recognition of healthcare organizations for performance across experience, engagement, quality and safety metrics.
Winners represent the top 5% of health plans nationwide based on CAHPS survey results, a standard tool for measuring enrollees’ experiences with their plans and services received.
The 2025 awards include a member experience category that honors health plans. Health plans can earn awards in areas including overall ratings, access to care, plan services and physician care. More methodology information is here.
