A 2015 report from the U.S. Census bureau found that Americans speak 350 different languages in the home. This rich multiculturalism extends to older Americans as well. With 10,000 baby boomers reaching retirement age every day, the percentage of racial and ethnic minorities among seniors is growing, with expectation that 28 percent of older Americans will be minorities by 2030.
