The Supreme Court will most likely hear the ACA case in the fall and is expected to announce a decision in 2021

On March 2, 2020, the U.S. Supreme Court accepted an appeal by 21 state attorneys general (AGs) led by California, in California v. Texas (formerly Texas v. United States), to decide whether the Affordable Care Act (ACA) should remain in place.
