On March 2, 2020, the U.S. Supreme Court accepted an appeal by 21 state attorneys general (AGs) led by California, in California v. Texas (formerly Texas v. United States), to decide whether the Affordable Care Act (ACA) should remain in place. The Court also accepted a cross-appeal by Texas and other states opposing the ACA asking that the entire law be invalidated. The Court will issue its decision...
