The monthly premium for Medicare Part B will be $202.90 for 2026, an increase of $17.90 from $185 in 2025.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has released the premium and deductibles for Medicare Parts A and Part B for 2026.

In Part A, an inpatient hospital deductible will cost $1,736, up from $1,676 this year, for the first 60 days. Days 61-90 will have coinsurance of $434, up from $419.

For Part B, the standard monthly premium will be $202.90 from $185 in 2025.

The annual deductible for Medicare Part B will be $283 in 2026, an increase of $26 from the annual deductible of $257 in 2025.
