How a constellation of organizations fits together to drive policy, advocacy, and branding

When HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. took the stage at the invitation-only Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) summit earlier this month, he was introduced by one of the movement’s newest emissaries: Alex Hardy, JD, MBA.

A tech entrepreneur who calls himself a “founder on sabbatical,” Hardy told attendees he now serves as CEO of MAHA Holdings — one of several groups that have emerged to advance Kennedy’s health agenda.

These organizations share broad alignment but operate in distinct lanes. Some focus on policy, others on advocacy, and still others on branding or infrastructure.
