Centene holds the largest share of the ACA exchange market in the U.S., at 15 percent, according to a study from the American Medical Association.

The study, published Nov. 1, analyzed payers’ market share at the city and state level for commercial, exchange and Medicare Advantage markets.

Here is the largest payer on the ACA exchange market in each state:

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama — 96 percent market share

Alaska

Premera — 92 percent market share

Arizona

Centene — 52 percent market share

Arkansas
