Devoted Health is the fastest growing Medicare Advantage startup plan, according to an analysis from Chartis.
Startup plans grew by 21.7 percent from 2022 to 2023, according to Chartis’ report, published March 23.
Though enrollment is on the rise, startup plans accounted for 1.8 percent of all Medicare Advantage enrollment, around 560,000 members.
Devoted Health accounted for 59,000 of the 100,000 new startup plan members in 2023, according to Chartis.
Devoted Health, a “payvidor” offering Medicare Advantage plans and in-home healthcare, was founded in 2017.
