Telehealth had an enormous peak at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, with over 80% of care being done online for a few weeks, compared to pre-Covid rates of under 1%. Since then, we have seen telehealth rates settle in at a healthy 10% to 15% of all care across the U.S.
