Fortune and Great Place to Work last week released their annual list of the “Best Workplaces in Health Care,” recognizing 22 Advisory Board members.

The 8 key traits of a ‘Best Place to Work’

Methodology

For the list, Great Place to Work analyzed survey responses from more than 185,000 employees. To be eligible for the list, companies must be Great Place to Work-Certified, have 10 or more employees in the United States, and be in the healthcare industry.

Companies with 10 to 999 employees were considered for the small and medium category, while companies with 1,000 or more employees were considered for the large category.

The rankings were determined by employee responses to a survey with quantitative and qualitative feedback...
