The data collected from remote patient monitoring devices can prevent hospital admissions and empower patients to improve their health.

A growing number of clinicians see the value of remote patient monitoring devices and services. As a result, adoption is expanding. According to a VivaLNK survey, 43 percent of clinicians believe RPM adoption will be on par with in-patient monitoring in five years. The benefits of remote patient monitoring for clinicians include ease of access to patient data, the ability to better manage chronic conditions, lower costs and increased efficiencies.
