On May 7, 2020, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released its final 2021 Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters rule. The final rule was accompanied by a fact sheet, key dates for calendar year 2020, the 2021 final letter to insurers in the federal marketplace, and a press release. CMS also issued a revised rate review timeline in light of COVID-19.
