Gerard Dache is the Founder and President of the Government Blockchain Association, and an extremely quotable man. There are at least a half dozen snippets I could have picked to grab your attention for this interview. I chose this particular quote though, not only for it’s clickbait impact, but because it embodies a large part of the problem which the GBA are setting out to address.
