Private providers in Thailand, Russia sign telehealth collab

Two large private healthcare providers in Thailand and Russia have partnered to cooperate in such areas as telehealth and medical tourism.

Bangkok Dusit Medical Services, a network of 58 hospitals in Thailand, and Medsi Group, which runs 148 medical clinics including a digital clinic in Russia, formalised cooperation in providing medical services to their patients in their respective countries. This includes providing teleconsultations, second expert opinion, and continuous care.

Their memorandum of understanding also aims to boost their countries’ medical tourism.
