Two U.S. healthcare technology companies have joined forces to help high-risk heart patients.

Dallas-based Guidehealth, known for using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to predict patient outcomes and deliver value-based care, is partnering with California-based Story Health, digital health specialists that work with hospitals and health systems. Under this new arrangement, Guidehealth-supported clinically integrated networks (CINs) gain access to Story Health’s complete platform for supporting patients who present with heart failure, hypertension, atrial fibrillation and other serious heart conditions. The platform was built with cardiologists and their colleagues in mind, helping them see that each patient receives the care they need.
