The Health Care Transformation Task Force, a cohort of 40-plus healthcare payers, providers, purchasers and patient organizations, has released an interactive evaluation tool to help members assess potential value-based care partners.

The tool is available in an open-source format and available for free download from the task force website. Task force members may also use the tool to assess their own organization’s readiness for such partnerships, which could include accountable care organizations and bundled payment models, or possibly global budgets or provider-insurer joint ventures.
