Talkspace Inc. (Nasdaq: TALK) is debuting a new app that offers parents various caregiving resources to help them with their children’s care.

The Lasting Parenting Guide is being offered by self-guided therapy app Lasting from Talkspace, and features over 100 sessions that blend care modalities and activities including psychoeducation, reflections, exercises and journaling.

Licensed therapists guide two live classes a week that provide users with anonymous group question and answer engagement tools, as well as personalized follow-ups. Additionally, the Lasting Parenting Guide features more than 30 mental health prompts designed to help parents practice self-care and emotional regulation.

New York-based Talkspace purchased Lasting in 2020 for an undisclosed sum, whereby the app was renamed Lasting from Talkspace. The Lasting Parenting...
