Virtual mental health company Talkspace (NASDAQ: TALK) is zeroing in on women’s health through a new partnership with digital menopause care organization Evernow.

As part of the agreement, Evernow’s members will have access to free mental health resources on Talkspace, specifically self-guided therapy sessions with relevant information for those experiencing perimenopause and menopause. These sessions blend psychoeducation, reflections, exercises and journaling to help individuals manage symptoms.

Members can also tap into on-demand workshops and classes led by a therapist, which include content to help members navigate perimenopause and menopause.
