symplr Smart Square, named Best in KLAS for 2025, was lauded for its functionality, flexibility, and close partnership with customers. Respondents highlighted automated assignment fulfillment, shift swapping, and consistent vendor touchpoints that included ad hoc training and support. All customer feedback was collected prior to symplr’s July 2025 acquisition of Smart Square from AMN Healthcare.
QGenda also earned strong satisfaction scores for usability and system integration. Customers praised the platform’s ability to configure schedules at the unit level, simplify shift changes, and integrate with EHR, ERP, and time and attendance systems.
