Sutter Health unveiled plans to develop approximately 1 million square feet across two healthcare campuses in Santa Clara, Calif., as part of an anticipated $800 million investment.

The system will renovate two vacant office spaces, in partnership with the region’s 95-year-old Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group, its 2,000 Sutter-aligned physicians and The Sobrato Organization, a real estate developer, according to a Dec. 17 news release.

The two campuses will offer a full spectrum of ambulatory services, including primary and specialty care, imaging, lab and diagnostic services, and ambulatory surgery.
