On April 10, 2024, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (“CMS”) published its annual proposed rule for the federal fiscal year (“FFY”) 2025 inpatient prospective payment system (“IPPS”) and long-term care hospital (“LTCH”) payment system.
