Substance use disorder provider Eleanor has named Sevita vet William McKinney its new CEO.

In McKinney’s previous role as CEO of home and community IDD provider Sevita, he led a team of 45,000 employees that served 55,000 individuals. His resume also includes tenure as president of Integrated Care Group for Fresenius Medical Care and vice president of operations at WellCare.

“When you tackle the big issues in healthcare, it’s critical to consider the whole person — physical health, mental health, and social well-being,” McKinney said in a statement. “This approach is the heart and soul of Eleanor, and working towards this vision is the reason I’m here.”
