The Better Medicare Alliance’s 2022 “State of Medicare Advantage Report” released July 20 is a compilation of the latest MA research and data and ranked the states by MA enrollment as a percentage of overall Medicare enrollment.

State MA enrollment as of June:

  2. North Dakota: 8.5 percent
  3. South Dakota: 11.1 percent
  4. Maryland: 18.3 percent
  5. Montana: 24.4 percent
  6. Nebraska: 24.9 percent

  8. Delaware: 26.3 percent
  9. Kansas: 27.3 percent
  10. Iowa: 28.3 percent
  11. New Hampshire: 28.6 percent
  12. North Carolina: 31.8 percent
