South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott and Hawaii Sen. Brian Schatz have reintroduced the Telehealth Modernization Act to extend Medicare telehealth access through fiscal year 2027. Georgia Rep. Buddy Carter and Michigan Rep. Debbie Dingell are leading the House companion bill.
