Samsung introduced the Galaxy Watch Ultra at its 2024 July Unpacked event. It looks eerily similar to a smartwatch you almost certainly have seen before, the Apple Watch Ultra 2.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, right?

Other than their fairly large size and use of high-end materials like titanium and Sapphire Crystal, and their adoption of higher-end features like ECG readings, the similarity here is somewhat superficial.
