Russian cybercriminals are targeting networking devices across critical infrastructure industries such as healthcare, the FBI said.
The FBI detected hackers attributed to the Russian Federal Security Service collecting configurations for thousands of networking devices nearing the end of their life cycles and running an unpatched vulnerability in Cisco Smart Install, according to the Aug. 20 alert.
