‘PLAYING WITH FIRE’ — Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is considering dramatic changes to the federal program for people injured by vaccines, POLITICO’s Lauren Gardner reports.

Industry insiders and public health experts worry some of those changes could threaten vaccine availability for Americans by prompting drug companies to flee the U.S. market.
