One too many tragedies occur each year to starkly underline how the smallest gaps can massively undermine elderly care. Senior care facilities are especially susceptible to preventable risks, where seemingly minor oversights can have devastating repercussions for vulnerable residents.

Scrutiny of hygiene and infection control in these facilities is only intensifying. However, senior care managers need to step back and rethink how cleaning protocols support, not suppress, senior residents’ well-being.
