Amazon is reportedly considering introducing two new subscription programs: one in grocery and one in healthcare.

These would be stand-alone memberships for these offerings, Seeking Alpha reported Monday (Sept. 18), citing a paywalled article by Insider.

The company is also considering integrating One Medical’s primary care service with Amazon’s Prime subscription program, according to the report.

Reached by PYMNTS, an Amazon spokesperson declined to comment on the report.

The new plans may be introduced by the end of this year, according to the report.

One Medical, which is owned by Amazon, is a national hybrid in-office and virtual primary care organization. Amazon acquired One Medical in July 2022, saying that it aims to reinvent healthcare.
