Recuro Health, a digital virtual care platform, acquired MyLifeIQ, an epigenetics and precision medicine platform. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

MyLifeIQ precision medicine platform captures data and delivers the uniqueness of each person, pulling together the variables involved in health, including DNA, wearable data, and lifestyle assessments.

Recently, Recuro Health, announced the acquisition of SupDoc, an AI-enabled virtual health solution for care delivery. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
