RadNet, a leader in outpatient diagnostic imaging services, is acquiring six imaging centers in Houston, Texas, marking its second major expansion in the area. The move will increase RadNet’s total number of centers in Houston to 13, following its recent acquisition of seven centers from Houston Medical Imaging.

The centers, currently operating under the American Health Imaging brand, offer a comprehensive suite of services including MR, CT scans, mammography, ultrasound, and X-ray. RadNet plans to rebrand these centers under the Houston Medical Imaging name, signaling a unified presence in the region. This acquisition is poised to enhance RadNet’s procedural capacity by over 100,000 and generate an additional $15 million in revenue annually.
