Affidea, one of the largest diagnostic imaging providers in Europe, continues to grow with another acquisition.
Backed by investment firm Groupe Bruxelles Lambert, Affidea has a deal in place to acquire MedEuropa Romania, a “renowned” radiotherapy provider.
“We believe that an integrated care solution is optimal for oncology patients and, therefore, we see the integration of MedEuropa in the larger Affidea family as an ideal avenue for delivering the best care and results for cancer patients in Romania,” MedEuropa leaders said in a statement issued March 4.
