Health plans across the country submitted their Supplemental Health Care Exhibits (SHCE) on April 1, 2019, as part of the 2018 National Association of Insurance Commissioners’ (NAIC) Annual Financial Statements. The SHCE contains financial performance metrics, membership, and Preliminary MLR at the state level.
