This month, two of the 19 comprehensive state-level consumer privacy laws come into effect: Tennessee’s and Minnesota’s. While both laws, in large part, bare strong resemblance to the laws of many states that have come before them, each offers its own unique contribution to the patchwork of U.S. privacy laws.
