The company is pitching this online community as a way to help patients engage with their health.

This morning hybrid primary care provider Crossover Health announced the launch of its new online health and wellbeing community dubbed Be Well.

Users are able to tap into the community to access health-related content and programs. The platform is starting with six core clinical areas, but it’s planning on rolling out more than 30 in the long term. Providers at Crossover Health are able to prescribe the resource to their patients.

Once prescribed, members can access a number of resources including free fitness classes and recipes for healthy meals. Patients can also use the tool to read up on topical health issues...
