Healthcare continues to be a deciding factor for most voters (56 percent) in the 2020 election, and the majority want to keep the current system, according to a poll from Morning Consult and the Bipartisan Policy Center.

The poll was conducted online among 300 voters from each of three early primary states: Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina.
