Gaines discusses how the primary care provider’s role is rapidly changing to include managing more aspects of the patient’s life.

Cindy Gaines has worn many hats over her career — she’s been a nurse, a project manager, held multiple C-suite roles, and now serves as the clinical leader of population health management at Philips.
